darkshines "hot smog" theme

Starting with the darkshines logo and taking more than a little inspiration from Ray Henry's "Zen City Morning", this task involved the creation of a fully fledged theme for the Dragonfly CMS. Much of the clutter found in the default Dragonfly templates was removed - especially in the forums - to give a cleaner and easier to navigate interface. A complete new icon set was created to complement the theme.
